The merger of the Open Source Unit Qualcomm to Symbian Foundation

Qualcomm recently announced that it has recently been formed Qualcomm Innovation Center (QuIC) as its subsidiary. To further improve its performance in the future is now supposedly Qualcomm subsidiary that has come to be one member of the Symbian Foundation.

QuIC own Qualcomm is focused on open source initiatives like Linux and WebKit. In addition, the course is also more concentrated on operating systems based on open surce like Symbian, Android and Chrome.

In line with this, QuIC joined the Symbian Foundation's board of directors. And Qualcomm said it will participate in all Foundation efforts to improve the Symbian operating system. Well, Good Luck!
