GW990 LG, Mobile OS Based MeeGo World's First

One day after Intel and Nokia announced the merger of Maemo and Moblin Linux platform to be MeeGo, surprisingly LG LG has just been confirmed GW990 as the first phone based on Intel's Moorestown platform which may turn into MeeGo.

Submission of the English language was very limited indeed at the time, making it difficult to get more details. However, current mobile phones operate at the GW990 has Moblin operating system, so it makes sense if there is a mention that these mobile phones MeeGo become one of the first in the world.

What is clear GW990 LG is scheduled to be released in Korea in the second half of this year 2010, and LG seem to have not planned for memboyongnya to the United States so far. Then if the device Maemo-based Nokia N900 will be turned into MeeGo, and whether Intel and Nokia are promising change? hm, we'll see.
